This property lies southeast of the intersection of Catron Boulevard and Fifth Street, and City water and sewer services have already been constructed and accepted by the City adjacent to the property. Owner has submitted a petition for voluntary annexation for the area and intends for the property to be annexed. Furthermore, City and Owner are working on a tentative agreement to settle claims regarding Owner’s property in the area. Staff has no objection to connecting the property to City water and sewer services so long as Owner pays the necessary connection and tapping fees. |
